Common meter charge is not being paid

Hi,

 

We live in 8 flat apartment.Noone of the owners are staying here except us and noone is paying the common meter amount.My question is what can I do in this regard.Its already past due date and the connection will be disconnected.They do have let out tenants in thier respective portions and are collecting 5k mainatenance.

 

What should be done in this regard

You can inform the tenants to pay for the common area electricity charges failing which you pay and recover from them, otherwise you can allow it to be disconnected so that everyone will feel the pain and hardship.

You can inform the same to the tenants and also the owners, otherwise, they will feel the inconvenience the hardship.
