I have a problem with my present organization. I need your valuable suggestions.
I am working with a Mumbai based Pvt.Ltd company since Aug, 2007. I have srvice commitment of 36 months. We signed in the agreement as If we failed serve the company for that tenure we are liable to pay 3 months of salary.
Now that is on 12th november the management annonced that they have changed the name and asking us to give resignation for the previous organization and take the appointment letter from this new company.
But the problem is they have added 6 more terms in the new agreement which were not existed in the previous. And asking us not to engage in any other work even after our working hours, with out the permission of them.
They said they are not ready to give experience letter from the prievious employer, because it is not functioning now.
Please help us whether those rules are comes under law? what steps can we take?
