I had made an complaint to CVC regarding a matter of corruption and enclosed all documents which I have collected through RTI, as evidence my question is i have mentioned that the matter of corruption attract the penal provision of IPC and prevention of corruption act, please tell me that in a complain can i indicate the section and act under which the case should be framed/enquired upon.
