Dear All

my one friend found that his amount of  15000/ was missing from his ATM account .  that amount he did not draw from ATM.

he informed branch manager  of respective brach and maager of that ATM branch manage.  he also gave written complaint. after examinaing the matter by branch managers, it was found that some one stolen the amount from ATM.

in this case ... we are planning to file FIR to Police.

whether there is option to file complaint to CBI  directly ?

Your matter is not of such a nature which can be complained directly to C.B.I.   Kindly complain to concerned police station in writing.
