Dear Mr. Soni,

It is great that you have made a complaint to the concerned authorities.  By posting your private complaint in this Forum, what do you want  to say?

Dear Mr. Soni,

It is great that you have made a complaint to the concerned authorities.  By posting your private complaint in this Forum, what do you want  to say?

You have posted that:

-“Rule 11 of the Official Languages Rules, 1976 provides that all forms and procedural literature shall be printed in diglot form”

-“Under section 3(3) of the Official Language Act, resolutions, general orders, rules, notifications, agreements, administrative and other reports or Press communiqués should invariably be issued bilingually”

In point number 2 Dr. Munde has stated: You have informed us about the modification in the rules and we are asking for the modified copy from the IT dept. and on receipt we shall translate the same and supply it to later.

Dr. Munde and his dept is in the same office, where chairman Ramadoss is given a chair. Hence all this has been happening under the same roof and his nose.

One shall wonder, what all has this chairman and his managers do, everyday. Do they prepare or have an itinerary? Do they work as per some schedule? Do they monitor?

If not then what are they doing and why they are there?

Other than giving sermons……………

-         Central Bureau of Investigations has repeatedly confirmed, both in writing and telephonically, they have also reported the matter in writing to the Chief Regional Manger, NIACL, Jaipur vide written letter dated 14.05.2009 they advised Major Penalty Disciplinary Proceedings also.

What should be surmised that the vigilance oath by NIACL is for name sake only, and other 3 companies including OIC have to put it to practice?

Why so. Is it due to some lineage of the chairman or NIACL is exempted?

Mr. Soni, what you are posting here in the forum is, very tangible, prudent, and you are doing a great job.

Incidentally your posts are most visited  and least replied.

Kindly post have you ever recieved the reply on " the rules on the basis of which chairman of NIACL has decided to reduce your 2 increments", although you have applied for it and the highest offices have directed your company to supply you a reply citing relevant rules.

If your company has not then it is willful and intentional contempt of the highest offices and violation of your rights.

You can ask the acting/present CMD of your company to issue instructions to CPIO, and concerned officials with a copy to you, to reply to you,at once.
