It is non compoundable but what u want may be we can help u, coz as per judgment of high court of chandigarh now a days lots of non compoundable offences could be compunded but depends upon circumstances.

I doubt that there is any such judgment after the SC has ruled that non compoundable offences can not be compounded legally. The only legal course open is to enter into a compromise privately and file a petition to HC for quashing of the proceedings. The courts do not pass orders to the effect that it has allowed to compound the offence.
