compulsory resignation by the employer.

If an employee forced to put resignation, and asked to walk out, without any reason and no time is given.
Any thing can be done to the employer by law?

Whenever an employer terminates the employment of employee.He must give a notice with reasons before a month and also pending dues.If the employer acted contrary to this procedure,An employee can file a case in the Industrial Tribunal against employer.
