- 2003 my husband filed a case to dissolution of marriage on grounds of cruelty. got ex parte decree and i made it set aside
- I won in lower court
- he filed in HC
- now we compromise it and going to sign in MOU that "respondent consents for FAC NO: X being allowed by this HC there by dissolving the marriage "
1. in this case what are the problem i am going to have.
2. will it come as section 23 (or ) will court take it as mutual divorce where i need 6 months cooling period?
i am absolutely right marriage sucks. everyone is crying haha. do contract cohabitation, contract childbearing, contract s*x to stay safe and happy. good day. and because you question is not clear and written in a poor way. i am not able to understand. i request write properly and in detail, i am A grade law student in nlsiu, bangalore, which is best college of law in india, i am topper of clat exam too. :)

I think it comes as section 23 HMA.
i don't think there will be any problem if both you want to take divorce, and nor a cool down of 6 months will be given, if you both tell court : we want divorce ,right now.
what are your and your husband salary per month?
are you interested in any alimony or maintenance?
is there any child you have, you want to keep in your custody, or demand maintenance for him too?
