consumer cheated

recently i went to a hotel in coimbatore ,there after having food i ordered for cool drinks,they bought me a maaza a mango drink which is a brand under coca cola ..when i asked for bill they bought me bill stating that the cool drinks i drank cost 11rs actual MRP is Rs10 only..but in bill thet typed it as" cool drinks 300 ml "whether i can go to consumer court with the help of this bill..the reason for this is that ost of the hotels in coibatore is charging this amount and gaining additional profit at the expence of customers
