my query is to the lawyers regarding a consumer complain.the fact of the matter is that a consumer purchased ink ad other accesories from a company against a purchase order in which the asst sales manger via mail has confirmed to provide a percent discount of purchase of ink from the company and another 30 percent on make up .
now the company is ignoring the fact to save their skin by saying that the sale manager was not authorised to do so an hence they could not give discount.
now what to should a legal notice be given as for breach of trust ,cheating ...or file a consumer suit.please guide me
