consumer query

I have purchased sony lcd on 13 march 2009. the company give one year warranty. in warranty period in feb 2010 lcd was create  some problem. i  have file complain and company provide service and again after three months same problem occured.company claim Rs 2000 for service charge and extra money for replasement of parts.company cannot give warrenty against any repairing that how long should it work.can we file comlain aganst co in consumer court?

From the query it is not clear whether the defect is inherent viz a manufacturing defect or due to external reasons , you can send a lawyer notice to the dealer and the manufacturer for replacement if the same is within warranty. If the company does not respond you can approach the Consumer court for redressal of your grievance.
