Contract Between Lawyer & Client

Vakalat name is legal document between client and lawyer. separate agreements are not necessary. however companies , government  organisations issue letters of appointment when thay empnael lawyers to conduct their cases. In government organisations appointment orders are issued in the form G.O as well prescribing remuneration etc., Therefore there can be a contract between a lawyer and client but vakalath is sufficent for individual clients.
