Application Of NOC for Passport if Criminal Case is Pending

You will have to file an application before the court , there is no format for that, but you have aver in your application what is the necessity and urgency of the passport and you have to undertake that you are ready to abide the conditions imposed on you.

    Your question is not clear. Is your passport impounded by the police or court. If so file an application stating that police as well the court has no power to retain the passport as such seek the court or police to return the passport. If the passport is given to the passport authority then you will have to approach the passport authority.Who don't you go for quashing the the criminal proceeding, then you will get rid of all the problem
