I am a plaintiff in specific performance case. We have already exhibited the document and our cross is also over but defendant yet to bring his witness for which date is sought.
During our turn, one document ( notice from seller for termination the contract giving his personal family reason for cancellation ) was omitted to be exhibited.
My Lawyer is of the opinion that we will put document during cross of defense but my another lawyer friend said it will be difficult.
What to do now please advise me.
