A BETTER LEGAL SYSTEM--Bring in-But How ?

We often say this way or that way that our legal system should be thrown in the Dustbin or drowned in the Indian Ocean--but do we have some plans of a "Better legal system" to replace this retarded legal system.

Can you pLz. suggest so that if not we, but our next Generations may be benefited.

It should be based on the systems which were being used by the ancient Kings.  During the regime of so many kings we hear that the justice system was very good. The disputes were being settled on the spot by delivering justice after investigating the matter thru secret agents of kings.

What do we need is a proactive Justice Department with all the necessary wings, like juries, intelligence based investigation agency, Forensic laboratory etc under one roof.  It should be like single window system, where people can approach directly with their complaint.  After that it should be the duty of justice department to go thru and investigate the matter to unfold the truth. Each and every finding should be documented. After proper investigation the judgment can be delivered and can be made available to the both parties. If anyone is unsatisfied then he may go for appeal at higher authority.

Dear Tusharji,

Instead of asking how to bring in better Legal system why not to ask How to revolutionize our values, ethics, moral, education, conduct within the society and trans country basis as Legal System is nothing but the reflection of the prevalent norms in the society.

Again kudos for coming up with such wonderful idea.

Keep growing and flourishing.

Ideal olf Gandhiji of Gram Swaraj is not honestly implimented. Though nothing is implimented honestly, but had this was done,it could have changed India.
