Lawyers fees

Dear Querist,

Please note that professional fee for handling divorce by mutual consent depends on many factors. However, a nominal of Rs. 15k to 30k I guess would be fair as for Bangalore.

Please try to hire lawyer who is competent to handle your case. Kindly don't make choices based on fees. This message is for every litigant :-)

Suppose Adv. Samar ake 50K have 8 years experience ,i have 3 years experiences so,50 k divided 8 years ,then i take 4 years 25000k, so i take 3 years 20000 k .

so,according to Sony i am  experienced and competent 20-30k.
