registering firm while working for company

Hi All,

 I am working as a full time employee for one of the pvt. ltd. company I am also working on freelance projects.
Can i register a company while working for a company as an employer and which option is better for me.
I am planning to develop product and register it under my comppany name?
Suggest me the advice and what kinds of registrations are needed.

Then which kind of firm best suits my need, I am planning to start with 2 software products what are the registrations required for products as welll which kind of company i should start with.

whether propritership or LLP.

looking for forming software company in future.

Dear Rajat,

Considering your business nature and  need, I'll suggest you to get incorporated under LLP Act. and form LLP (i.e. Limited Liability Partnership). . It very much cost effective, easy, Time saving and most improtantly TAX SAVING.

 

 

 

 

 

LLP is works under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as the companies works and its status is quivalent to Pvt. Ltd. Co.
