Dear Sir,
Is there any provisions of paternity leave in any appliicable service or labour laws in private sector? If it is then please mention those laws? I request all members to give there valuable opinion on this subject.

There is no law as such for paternity leave in private sector. Some companies, as a part of their Admin Policy, has introduced this facility.
