I have a registered advertising firm which deals in real estate, I have NRI clients who want me to buy Real Estate on their behalf in India.
What documents do i need to do so??? i.e signing of registration documents on their behalf as their authorised agent
Do i need to take any licence if yes where can i apply for one and what are the min requirements.

I have registered, as an advertising agency ..... but if i take a commesion on a sale what should i list it as in my accounts? also how much commision can i take? is there any limit
