I have 600sq.yds of open plot. I am the pattedar of the entire survey No and sold entire land in to plots except schedule land. Surrounding land owener sold my plot stating that the plot belongs to him. Purchaser built a house in it. I am not aware of it because I shifted from that place to another.
In my approved layout map it is clearly mentioned it is in my sy,No with 37 and 38 plots.
what can I do to take the above said plot in to my Possession. The house was built 12 year back.
Plz kindly give me proper advise!
