Hi,
I had recently purchased a flat in mumbai. However, on receiving the documents i realised that in the index 2 my pan card number has been entered wrongly (seems like a typo error). The pan card number in the registration agreement is correct and the registration documents also have a xerox copy of my pan card.
So pan card no is wrong only in index 2. What should i do in this case?? Ignore it or need to get it rectified and incase if need to rectify what is the procedure??
