As a society comittee member want to know if a Tenant staying in same flat since last three years can he file a suit to get that flat transfered to his name? Can we/Flat Owner ask him to leave the prpoerty?

A tenant will not accrue any rights over the leasehold property, though his stay may be for any length of time.
The right of the flat owner to get the flat evicted depends upon the lease agreement between
