SC doesn't want to decide law point.. so getting the matters settled through mediation...

1) Whether SLPs are decided (orders passed) or pending?

2) Whether anybody knows the next date of hearing there?

Pls visit forum498a.org. One case is decided in half cooked manner and the counsel of petitioner had not qouted even a single time about the retrospective effect judgement of 0ne year as we have discussed earlier in the forum.

Means.............one shot is out n gone out of our arsenel!
