Dear Sir/madam,i am having a querry.We belongs to Sunni Muslim Family In U.P.My Uncle does not have any child so he adopted a muslim Girl child from his wife's brother with out any legal paperwork in 1989.Now his daughter got married in 2008 and having a male 2 year old child.as far as i know muslim law does not allow the adoptation.I want to know that in case of death of her parents ,the property will automatically will go to the daughter or not?Parents have not made any will till todate in the name of her adopted daughter and they are not willing also to do the same just for the fear that they will bacame handicapped by their daughter's husband by doing so.This is very urgent.Waiting for your valuable comments.Thanks in advance....
