I am looking out for a mediator to talk to other party. As the other party( Wife Side) Not willing or reluctant to come for any counseling. I am in need of a mediator.
If anyother way to pull them for conversation will be appreciated.
Before start pls advice on following things:
Ø Is a mediator a govt authorized person? If mediation fails, could the decision taken from mediation forward to court?
Ø I wanted to avoid court, just wanted to have a 2 way talk using a mediator – will it work?
Ø Should I file a case legally to acquire a mediator?
Ø I don’t want to make the mediator off record.
