Kiya 498a husband ke divorce case mai help karta hai?

jhoote arop laga kar 498a ka case karne se mansik krurta kai highcourt ne maani hai jiske adhar par talalk mil jata hai.

if you want to go to him back ...it means that all the allegations made in 498a are false. any 498a victim wl not take his wife back....ur laywer is right 100%....

 Yeh perjury kiya hoti hai? Court mai such kon bolta hai. Husband bhi toh jhoot bolte hai.

If your allegations are false then there is no danger of life if you go back.  But whether he is willing to reconciliation.  If yes then you can reconcile otherwise not.

perjury मतलब कोर्ट मी झुटा अफेदेवित देना. वो तुम्हारे पर ये केस कर सकता है... और करना हि चाहिये....

It helped me..

The querist has stated that she made 498a allegatiopn.  She has not stated if the allegation was true.  It is unfortunmate for this law that the real victims for whose benefit the law is made refrain to come forward and most of the allegations are false.  This way the purpose is being defeated.
