Agri land purchase in maharashtra

Hi, If a girl marries in agriculture family and want to purchase a agri land in maharashtra using 7/12 of her father in law is that possible ?. Her husband has not a agri land on her name .

She can purchase agricultural land, in purchase deed attach the 7/12 extract of father law's agricultural land along proof like ration card or marriage certificate or affidavit.

Dear Sir,

If we have not attached proof like ration card or marriage certificate or affidavit along with the 7/12 of father in-law at the time of purchase deed, Can we do that later. I mean can we change or submit the documents later on.

Submit the proof to the circle officer through talathi of village.

Our Kharedi is done and we are waiting for the Talathi to add name on the 7/12. So if he asked we will give him a proof like - ration card or marriage certificate. Or is it neccessary to submit that - even if talathi not insist on that
