Can wife do 498a, dvc etc after getting western citizenship

If my wife changes her citizenship to a a western country's:

- Can she still do the DVC, 498a case on me using Indian laws

- Can she use Hindu Marriage laws to get alimony, maintenance etc.?

- Can she only use her country's laws against me after that?

- If DVC, 498a etc cases are ongoing at the moment, then will these continue after she changes her citzenship.?

- What if I change my citizenship (dont know if I can do that with these cases against me?) will I be immune later on e.g. if I reconcile  with her now or marry another Indian girl later.

This would be a great help, Experts please give your opinion.

Read Section 4 of IPC. Basically, one of the subsection states: "A person who is a citizen of India is liable to be tried by the Courts of this Country for acts done by him, partly within and partly without the Indian territories, provided, the acts amount together to an offence under the Code."  So, yes, she can file cases irrespective of her citizenship or so I think. I AM NOT AN ADVOCATE. Just be careful about advocates in India. They are a bunch of ignorant crooks, usually with a very low IQ and poor academic credentials. Therefore, start doing your own reading and familiarize yourself with all applicable laws.
