In hc order its mentioned  mediation is failed and  without going at merit of both the parties ,court is of the view that there if no need of interim bail .

its delhi HC ....

In my case there were no bills submited ,no proof of dowry ,no MLC nothing just a complaint which became Fir .dont know what went wrong ,so have  surrender application at MM court and will be surrendering .and then apply for regular bail.

File RTI application to the police asking Below:

  1. Supply me information about the materials do exists if alleged alegations on accused are FALSE to enable the accused to approach the police to get justice.
  2. Supply me information about the materials do exists if alleged alegations on accused are TRUE to enable the accused to approach the police to get justice.

Use the replies of RTI Applications to say to the court that Police do not have materials in support of allegations on record and accused is co-operating to prove case is baseless..... also accused wanted to collect and submit materials before the police to prove innocence.... hence grant Bail.

Let us see how court act on these real issues.
