International law- by Tandon is a good book.

I'm personally not impressed about Aggarwal's book and had referred Tandon and Kapur for my Exams for LLB.Both Tandon and Kapur are equally good but if you can afford to buy several volumes,then Oppenheim :International Law would be a real asset

You will find the language of H.O. Agrawal very simple and communicative. Materials are also good. However kindly check, whether it is upto date not.
