dear Raj123,
marriage is declared VOID in CIVIL case, in which wife can not be punished.
for punishing her, IPC 494 case (private complaint) should have been filed.

Yes, I agree with Mr. Amit that the girl would have been punished had there was a case filed against her under the provisions of the said law. The present contents in Marathi language need to be translated for understanding. Thanks for the efforts.
