Pf withdrawel

Respected Honoured Members,

I had query from a employer which would like to know, that if company has not submitted PF amount for last 4 months and if some employee wants to withdraw his PF amount , then is there any other way so that the amount can be withdrawn or the form should be kept on hold till company pays remaining months PF ,,, Respected members i very well know  the act of the company is punishable under Law and a complaint to the PF Commissioner can be made, Like to have opinion on this,

Regards

The PF forms are to be attested and submitted to concerned PF office within 5days.

The declinature to attest PF forms is offence.

The acknowledgment issued by PF office (for employee) is to be supplied (not just sent) to employee by employer.

If company has not been submitting PF contribution then company should submit it, with whatever penalties the EPFO levies and come clear of the situation.

this amount to evasion and complaint lies to RPFC for action under section 7A.
