Bigamy is illegal,

However, live in relationship is legal in India if and only if the woman is unmarried.

Live in Relationship = Marriage is not solemnize (before lawful authority) as per Hindu religious rites.

If child born in this relationship then also no problem.

I believe this is a very good way to stop legal extortion racket.
