In andhra pradesh state man by birth have an initial name-followed by his original name- fathers initial is continued to his son by birth.
Here the question is A was brought up by his father's sister and her husband.Father had a separate initial and sister husband had a separate initial.Since A was brought up by his uncle A initial was prefixed with uncle initial.After A got married and got two sons and he named his two sons prefixed with his father's initial as he originally belongs to his son.In school records he put his fathers initial to his sons.now he is requesting birth certificates from municipal authorities and they objected that their fathers initial (A) name is different. Is there any legal solution to this.pl advise
