Hello all,
Although the girl's reported dowry case is going on under revision in Family Court, as they did not like the judgement given by local court, Now the girl's father and his goons have given a false news in the local paper Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala that we asked her for Dowry and beat her out of the house.
They sent a local police officer to harrass my mother asking her why brother did not go to the hearing dates!! etc.
What is the immediate step that can be taken against this?? Can this incident be filed as case under defamation, exploitation and blackmail??
