If  the seller write an agreement on 100rs court paper that the buyer would be responsible for the vehicle in the future, will this stand in court in case the buyer does something iilegal with the bike?

You can use form 30 to intimate the RTO where the vehicle is registered that you have sold the vehicle to another person.

Thank you very much for the information sir.Is it necessary to attach the NOC with it.Please note that we are more concerned about transfering the legal liability from the buyer to seller. Thanks for the solution.

NOC is to be taken by the buyer if he wants to re register the vehicle at Hyderabad.

After your intimation at RTO, you will be free from liability of the sold vehicle. Do keep any receipts given from RTO in this regard.

Thank you very much for the information sir.In the form which you have attached there is a section "PART-2 FOR THE USE OF TRANSFEREE" is it also compulsory for the buyer to sign the form. The third part of the form is a "office endorsement"  should I ensure that I get a endorsement back from the RTO.Thanks for the solution.
