Dear Sir,
My name is VIKAS in my 8th, 10th, 12th and B.Com Marksheet. I have completed my 8th, 10th, 12th from (BOARD OF SCHOOL OF EDUCATION HARYANA, BHIWANI) and B.Com from (SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI). I have only one id proof i.e. Voter ID Card in which my name is also stated as VIKAS. I want to change my name from VIKAS to VIKAS GAUR in all my marksheet and in my Voter ID card. Thats why i didn't apply for PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD and DRIVING LICENSE till now.
What should I do please suggest me.
