Probaltion of will in delhi-- mandatory or not?

Kindly tell me referring relvant act/ section, whether probation of will is Manadatory in Delhi or not.

I do not know the Act or Section. But I know for certain that even a Registered Will have to be probated in High Court. The conditions that I remember are that if any property in the Will is in the Metropolitan city concerned or/ and the the Will was signed in a Metropolitan city.
