Divorce

MOST URGENT. Divorce Case (19 yrs separation) in Court since 1.5 yr. Court passed orders for Ex-parte on grounds of Cruelty & Desertion. Unfortunately case has been delayed for clerical errors in filed Petion. Corrections were made. Case is in Court right now. (for Orders). Respondent (wife) (Govt Servant) has never attended court since ONE YEAR excluding Reconcialiation which FAILED. Now after 1 year Respondent submitted counter to quash orders passed by Court on Ex-parte as she wants to contest. Please, help me here,  Whether I will WIN this case on said grounds or otherwise.( Note: daughter in job, wife in Govt job)(No alimony problem)

What is the latest stage in the Court?  Has Court allowed the application of wife and quashed the ex parte hearing orders?

Engage an advocate and contest her application to set aside ex-parte proceedings.  During proceedings, try to go for mutual consent divorce.
