REGARDING DELAY IN ISSUE OF SHARE CERTIFICATES

I have sent my share certificates in physical form to KARVY,being the RTA, for consolidation.

They took THREE-AND-HALF month for the same.Thi's despite being prompt to ask for the status of the same,several times.

Every time they would say that they will soon process and send back the same.

Request you to please advice me for my demand for the compensation and/or legal action.

Write to ROC/SEBI.

You may also write to the Stock Exchange where the shares are listed. Since the Company who had issued the shares to you is primarily responsible for delivering the share certificates and provide required service, address your grievance to the Company with cc the authorities OR to the authorities, cc the Company.
