Meaning of abbreviation

I was reading a court order of civil court. 

Proxy counsel for JD.

None for DH.

What does JD and DH means?

JD means judgement Debtor

DH means Decree Holder

So, JD represents whom state like APP in criminal case. 

Or 

JD is counsel of respondent?

In civil suit the party who files case is called Plaintiff and the Opp Party is called Defendant. If the plaintiff succeeds the suit he will become Decree Holder and the Opp Party Defendnat will become Judgement Debtor.

In criminal case no decree is awarded the case is either quashed, accused got acquittal or the accused is punished according to the Order/ judgments. Decree holder and Judgment debtors are in civil cases majorly. However, here are many civil nature disputes also come under criminal proceedings where this terminology do not apply.
