Maintanance application during divorce appeal at high court

Learned members,

                            Is it possible to file sec 24 maintenance application in high court when appeal against divorce decree passed by trial court, is pending at HC. Please enlighten.

Yes any time during pendency of any proceedings under the Hindu Marriage Act including appeal in the higher court.
