I married (marraige happend 5 days ago) a divorce who got divorce just one month ago on the grounds of cruelty and dessertion.
Today I want to do registration of my marraige. but my husnad says that need to wait 3 months to register the marraige as 3 months are appeal time to his ex wife to file petition against lower court order in high court. So, my husband says that register officer will not do registration till completion of remaining appeal time 2 months . Is it correct?
