Regarding power of attorney

Hi, Can anyone please reply me.
I have some doubts in POA-Power of Attorney. I own 2 properties at different places. I gave General POA to my father on behalf of me. But General POA does not mention any name of the 2 properties. Since the Original POA is registered in first property registration office and also I got bank loan. The bank loan staff took the Original General POA which was registered on my first property. Now it is in the bank. My following questions are,
1) Can my father use the Xerox copy of the POA to buy or sale the second property on behalf of me, because it is used to buy first property
2) The Original POA can be received after clearing loan from the bank and can be used for the sale of Second property.
3) Can the already Registered POA can be registered directly in Second property other registration office for the sale of second property or POA could be created for every single or numerous properties.

regards,

Samuel

1) True copy of POA can be used for any legal document.

2) The above mentioned copies sufficient for any purpose.

Will u appreciate this answer by giving like on my LCi porfile?
