Certified copy from state information commission

As state information commission is quasi-judicial body. Whether it is compelled to comply copying rules of court like other offices of revenue deptt, ADM etc.

Can we get certified copy from state information commissions by the procedure adopted in courts to get timely copy by affixing extra court fees for urgent fees RATHER THAN WAITING FOR ONE MONTH as per RTI act.
