Ex-cadre transfer

You can be trasnferred :-

1. If borrowing deptt is ready to take you ignoring harshly claims of all those who are on line for promotion to the post of Nb Tehsildar.

2. If your deptt is willing to agree to such transfer.

3. If you are ready to bear to go on zero seniority.

Such like transfers are unheard on such sernior posts.  Normally such tranfers are made at level of LDC or Steno-D.

I do not expect that the such bribe earning post will be allowed by the juniors in the line of promotion for someone from outside to come and just sit there. None may object if you go there as on ex-cadre post peon or LDC leaving such a senior post.
