Absolutely. It'd be rather worrisome, the Court does not foist psychiatric treatment charges on the unfortunate husband, instead of looking it as a workaround for maintenance.

I do not agree with above advice.  Maintenance can be asked by wife, court can order it also, but there are many ways for the husband not to pay a penny to wife.  There is lot of scope for everything and anything in Law.   Only thing is you need to have the right advocate who can sail you through.
