Noc from existing advocate

Good evening to all,

if the the existing advocate not giving NOC (incase of any dispute regarding FEE or any personal problem) for petitioner in HMOP case, what he may do for appoint new advocate for his behalf......

There is no need of NOC from the lawyer. Litigant can appoint other lawyer.
