Back value date sale agreement

The stamp paper date is 6th April and the property registered on 6th April.In sale agreement date was mentioned as 3rd April. Is this document void?

No. In fact there was typographical mistake.

If it is typo error and is not corrected with mutual consent it runs the risk of becoming invalid.
