Consult a local lawyer. The original settlement deed, ID proof of all excurants and their signatures, supporting affidavits, filling of necessary form, deposit of required fee and other related expenses.

Thank you. we have consulted local lawyer and he is asking to get the unmai meipithal ceritificate(a cerificate for say the documents are valid) since we do not have the parent document and the patta was given on 80's.

he said that the process of getting the cerificate has been initiated but it was more than a 30 days since he was applied for the certificate and we are still yet to get the cerificate and it is blocking the registration.
